Amjad holds a master’s degree in Chemistry, which he acquired from Quaid-i-Azam University in Islamabad, Pakistan. He also holds a Ph. D. in Inorganic Chemistry from State University of New York at Albany.

In 1991, he joined Colgate-Palmolive Co. as a research scientist. He later retired from the company as an associate director of the Global Fragrance and Research Development in October 2017.

Currently, he works part-time as an adjunct professor at Middlesex County College in Edison. He has a great passion for the medical profession and would love to share his skills for practice management.
